Private Reserve Alpha is the first of what we refer to as “Topgun Color Break”, or extreme and consistent stippling that shifts with the seasons. Early and midseason blooms will be the same for you every time, and later season blooms will be more saturated. This is the opposite of Private Reserve Beta which goes from Normal to less saturated. Every visitor who has seen this flower has said the same thing: “How does it DO that?!” This response is why I do this, I want people to be wowed! Fertility is off the chart, come and see in the spring. It passes this look to everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. This could easily be a several hundred dollar flower ( I had many offers in its evaluation stage), but I want EVERYONE to have a chance to grow these. As such I have priced them as fairly as I can.
